I have always been attached to mussels. Most likely because I tried them pickled in a jar for a long time, but the idea to fry in a pan with garlic turned out to be a bomb. Ideal for pasta and of course delicious for beer.
The mussels are thawed and washed. We pour them into the pan and wait until they start up the water. This excess water is drained away. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add garlic. Fry for a minute. Then add the mussels, pour with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Fry until the mussels are brown. Serve with soy sauce and Chinese sweet sauce. Perfect with pasta. An excellent beer snack.
