Instructions
  1. Our main character is a squid, or rather, his carcass. Fresh or thawed, cleaned of films and entrails. Marinate it in olive oil (20 ml) and spices.
  2. For the filling, we will need crab sticks, which we cut into large pieces.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes and simmer in a frying pan until the onion becomes transparent.
  4. Add the tomato pulp and oyster sauce and simmer for another minute.
  5. Chop 1/3 of the tomato and onion paste in a blender and make a puree – this will be our sauce.
  6. Combine the remaining pasta with crab sticks and cubes of brie cheese.
  7. Stuffed squid, the resulting filling. If you have thick carcasses, you can first lower the squid into boiling water for literally 30 seconds.
  8. Preheat the grill pan, sprinkle with a small amount of oil. Fry the squid on all sides to make a perfect strip.
  9. Put the squid on a plate. Arrange the sauce on plates and put the squid on it, sprinkle with fresh dill and serve immediately.
