Juicy, refreshing salad with a spicy taste, perfectly combined with meat dishes. There will be a wonderful hunger, as a citizen with fresh bread is waiting for dinner.
With an orange, cut the peel with a knife so as to remove the film and slices, exposing the pulp.
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.
Slice the orange and put it on a platter. Sprinkle with onion rings and chopped parsley.
Mix the remaining orange juice (about 1 tbsp.l.) from the slicing with olive oil, salt, pepper to taste.
Before serving, sprinkle the salad with grated walnuts or almond petals, pistachios, pour over the dressing.
