  2. Take cottage cheese, add mustard.
  3. I have “Dijon”
  4. Add lemon juice, dill and cream.
  5. We take mackerel, I have cold smoked, you can also hot, although the taste will be different. Clean the fish, remove the skin and bones, cut into cubes.
  6. Put the mackerel to the curd cheese, punch it with a blender into a homogeneous air mousse.
  7. Spread the pancake with mousse. The edges can be strongly smeared, then cut them off anyway.
  8. Roll the pancake tightly into a tube. We put the pancakes in the refrigerator before slicing, I recommend putting them in the freezer for 15 minutes, so it will be easier to cut.
