Instructions
  1. Put the gelatin in a bowl and pour 4 tablespoons of cold water. Let the gelatin swell (about 5-7 minutes). If you have leaf gelatin, then it should be filled with ice water.
  2. Pour cream into a saucepan, add sugar, put it on the stove. Stirring constantly, bring the cream to a boil and remove from the heat.
  3. Pour into a bowl with gelatin and stir until it dissolves, then add vanilla (squeeze out the gelatin sheet and add it to the cream).
  4. Pour the mixture into glasses or molds and refrigerate to solidify.
  5. Put the cherries in a saucepan, add sugar and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes. Dissolve starch in water and, with constant stirring, introduce it into boiling cherries. Cook until thickened, remove from heat and cool.
  6. Pour the sauce over the frozen panna cotta. Enjoy your meal!
