Instructions
  1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  2. Mix grated cheese with cottage cheese, boiled egg yolk and finely chopped onion.
  3. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise so that the cheese mass is easily squeezed out of the pastry bag.
  4. Wash the chili pepper, cut off the tails on both sides, cut in half and use a thick cocktail straw to remove the partitions and seeds first on one side, then on the other. You can use something long and thin. Then I cleaned the inside of the back of the whisk for the mixer.
  5. Fill the cornetik with the cheese mixture and stuff the peppers. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes so that the cheese mass freezes slightly.
  6. For the ladies, we will prepare a delicate appetizer of Bulgarian pepper. Mix the remaining filling with grated egg white, add a little more green onion, salt and pepper. You can still chop the top of the pepper. Bright red inclusions look very elegant.
  7. Cut off the top of a small Bulgarian pepper (we cut it off from above) and fill it tightly with stuffing. Also put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  8. Pepper cut into rings, put on a dish. You can string it on skewers, but it’s tedious, I only had 3 pieces)
  9. Happy holidays! Let this snack be the bitterest next year!
