Peppers Stuffed with Cheese-Walnut Ground Recipe
I didn’t have any red pepper, so I took a semi-sweet one. A very tasty snack!

  1. In a blender, chop the nuts and garlic.
  2. Also chop the cheese, when it is already sufficiently crushed, add butter.
  3. Mix both masses.
  4. Remove the core from the peppers. Ideally, there should be 3 peppers, but I somehow mysteriously lost the red one. My husband loves pepper very much.
  5. Boil hard-boiled eggs. Fill the resulting mass with peppers, insert an egg into the middle.
  6. Garnish with nuts and refrigerate for at least an hour. When serving , cut into slices 0.5 cm wide . Enjoy your meal!
