Peppers Stuffed with Cheese-Walnut Ground Recipe
I didn’t have any red pepper, so I took a semi-sweet one. A very tasty snack!

Ingredients

Bulgarian peppers
150
gram
Cheese hard

Walnuts

cloves
Garlic

Butter

Chicken eggs
Instructions
In a blender, chop the nuts and garlic.
Also chop the cheese, when it is already sufficiently crushed, add butter.
Mix both masses.
Remove the core from the peppers. Ideally, there should be 3 peppers, but I somehow mysteriously lost the red one. My husband loves pepper very much.
Boil hard-boiled eggs. Fill the resulting mass with peppers, insert an egg into the middle.
Garnish with nuts and refrigerate for at least an hour. When serving , cut into slices 0.5 cm wide . Enjoy your meal!
