  1. Any filling. The number of ingredients is calculated for 2 pies for a frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs.
  2. Add flour – the mass will turn out like sour cream. Divide into 2 parts.
  3. Put one part on a dry frying pan when it heats up, reduce the heat!
  4. Then arrange the products the way you like and what you want. The main condition is that the cheese should be the last layer. I put ham, tomatoes, olives, pre-greasing the mesh with ketchup.
  5. Sprinkle liberally with cheese, cover with a lid.
  6. The pie will be ready as soon as the cheese is completely melted. No more fire! It is not necessary to grease the frying pan with fat! There is no baking soda and baking powder in the ingredients! Pie only with a spicy filling, i.e. with ready-made products (ready-made minced meat, mushrooms, etc.).) Write: calculated dough for 2 pies – if desired, remove the 1st pie, make the 2nd or simply reduce the number of ingredients! But believe me, it’s very tasty – you can make 2 pies.
