This recipe was shared by a Polish girl, a friend of my aunt. This cake she often prepares for "Saturday gatherings" with friends or for the arrival of guests. Most of it is filling, which consists of several ingredients.
Let's start with the preparation of the filling. I use white, small beans. Pre-boiled one package of beans, following the recommendations on the pack. Soaked for 4 hours, and then cooked until ready for about 1.5 hours in boiled form it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Thus, it is convenient to use it for a week for several meals!
Cheese and sausage cut into small cubes. Greens and olives - finely chop.
Mix all the components of the filling, salt and pepper to taste.
Now we take the dough. Eggs, mayonnaise and sour cream-whisk. I do not advise to neglect mayonnaise, because without it the dough will be more dense.
Add the sifted flour mixed with soda and knead the dough. It should be sticky. The consistency is like thick honey.
Add the filling to the dough and stir until smooth.
The poles are preparing this cake in a rectangular shape. I took the loaf pan (11х21 cm). Grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Spread the resulting mass in the form. It was almost complete. Therefore, if there is, it is better to take a larger form, because my option is long baked.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees oven. My high cake was baked for about 60 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer to the bottom of the cake. Focus on the selected shape and its oven.
