Instructions
We prepare the dough. Add sugar, egg yolks, slaked soda and flour to the softened butter.
Knead the dough and put it in a mold. Put it in the refrigerator.
Whisk the whites and gradually add sugar.
Add the black currant to the whites and spread over the dough. Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
