Cranberries
Instructions
Put the butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt in a water bath.
Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Mix flour with baking soda and baking powder, sift.
In the butter-egg-sugar mixture, add the eggs one at a time and beat.
Add the flour mixture and mix.
Add cranberries or cranberries to the dough. If you use frozen berries, add a spoonful of flour to them (out of the total amount).
Put the dough in a form covered with baking paper. The size of the form is 20×20 cm. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180°, for 30-40 minutes.
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool. If desired, sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and serve.
