Ingredients
Dough:

Filling:

Pollock (Fillet)

Sour cream

ml
Vegetable oil
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Add the vegetable oil to the flour and mix.
Add salt and water. Knead the dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Add to the fish: salt, pepper, dill, sour cream. Mix well.
Roll out the dough in the form of a rectangle. Cut into 10/20 cm pieces.
Put the filling on one half, cover with the other half. Carefully blind the edges.
Use a fork to apply the pattern.
You should get these “pockets”.
Fry the pockets on both sides in vegetable oil.
The filling is very juicy.
The fish pieces are tender.
