In a frying pan, heat a little oil, add honey, mix. As soon as the honey starts to boil-put the ribs.
Fry on all sides until Golden brown. In the remaining oil with honey fry thinly sliced onion rings.
Fried ribs put in a shallow pan, pour the broth, put on low heat and simmer under the lid, stirring occasionally, until ready.
At the end of quenching, peel and cut into Apple slices, add to the meat. Add salt, pepper, and leave for five minutes to stew, without the lid.
Raisins pour boiling water for 10 minutes, drain, squeeze the raisins, mix with onion and cream.
Put a few spoons of the mixture on the bottom of the baking dish, put the ribs with apples on top, sprinkle with almonds, pour the cream, and bake in a preheated oven (200°) for 10 minutes. The dish is ready.
