Breadcrumbs

Instructions
Boil the potatoes in a uniform, cool and grate on a fine grater.
Add flour, egg and salt. Mix thoroughly.
For the filling, fry mussels or shrimp with onions in vegetable oil.
Make small tortillas from potatoes, put the filling in the middle and form zrazy.
Roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the zrazy in a frying pan until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
