  1. Cut mushrooms into slices, onions into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil. When the onions and mushrooms are browned, pour in the soy sauce and leave to cook for just 1 minute. Liquid and oil from vegetables do not evaporate and do not drain.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips or slices. The cooking time depends on the size of the sliced potatoes. Add garlic, passed through a press, and spices to the potatoes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and onions along with all the liquid left over from frying. Cut tomatoes into 4 pieces. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon and put it in a baking bag. Make a couple of punctures on the package, put the package in a baking dish and send it to the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
  4. After 25 minutes we get the form. Cut off one end of the package and put the potatoes in the mold. Put it back in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Serve fresh herbs and pickles with the finished potatoes.
