Wanted to get myself a cabbage with vegetables, but my husband asked to add meat, so I get cabbage with vegetables and meat.
Chop the cabbage.
Add pepper and carrots, chopped into strips, add grated peeled Apple.
Add boiled meat, sliced or boiled chicken, add all spices, salt sugar (pinch), pour vegetable oil and balsamic, mix well. Add Bay leaf.
I add balsamic or vinegar because I like cabbage with delicate acidity.
Put everything in a baking bag.
Tie the bag, pierce in several places and put in a preheated 180 oven.
I had it ready in 30 minutes.
