Instructions
In a cup, mix ginger, soy sauce, butter, honey and spices.
Wash the quails, dry them, cut them with scissors along the spine, remove the roots, spread them out.
Put the quails in the marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Fry the quails on the grill or on the grill.
