Clean the squid, preferably remove the thin film. Then you need to boil the squid until soft. To do this, boil the water (it should be quite a lot for the squid to swim in it), slightly acidify with lemon juice or vinegar, lay the squid, let it boil again. Boil for 2 minutes, and then check every minute whether they are ready. The fact is that the squid come across different: some are ready in 2 minutes, and some are cooked 5-7. I remind you that if the moment is missed, the squid should be cooked for a long time, 40-60 minutes, until soft. They will definitely become soft, but it is difficult to specify the exact time. If you have your own proven method of cooking squid, you can use it.
Cut the squid into rings or semi-rings.
Boil the eggs in salted water, clean them, and cut them into quarters.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings. Pepper and cucumbers are washed, cleaned, and cut at random. Wash the salad and tear it with your hands.
All mix and if desired, a little salt.
Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice and honey until smooth and season the salad.
