Quinoa Salad with Green Peas and Shrimp Recipe

  1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and add 200 g of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
  2. Boil the green peas for 3-5 minutes in boiling salted water.
  3. Wash prawns are boiled and frozen, they only need to be thawed. If you have raw, then also boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the parsley.
  5. For dressing, mix 1, 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Mix all the ingredients, pour the dressing, mix well again. Ideally, you should let the salad brew in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour, but I’ll tell you: and immediately it is very, very tasty!
  7. Only the next day I remembered that the recipe, like, in this salad and tomatoes relied))) I had to make another small portion with cherry tomatoes. To be honest, I didn’t even understand which option I liked more, but I’m leaning towards the first one. So I leave it to your choice and taste.
