  1. These are essential products. I have a big radish, I got one, if the radish is small, then you need to take 2-3 pieces. Radish can be either daikon, or green, margelian. You can also use any lean meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey). This time I have a wonderful piece of beef.
  2. Grate the radish on a grater for Korean carrots or cut into strips. Add 6% vinegar (any) and mix with your hands, but do not knead. Leave to infuse.
  3. While the radish is infused, cut the meat into very thin strips, straight almost like radishes.
  4. In a frying pan, or better in a wok, heat the vegetable oil and put the meat there, fry, stirring, for 10 minutes.
  5. Squeeze the juice out of the radish and put it to the meat.
  6. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes, at this time add salt and pepper if desired. Turn off the heat and let the radish meat stand for 5 minutes in a frying pan under a closed lid, then transfer to any dish and cool.
  7. When serving, sprinkle with parsley (optional). The taste of the salad is rich, slightly spicy, great as a snack or light lunch.
