  1. For this recipe we will need the spinach, fresh and so so beautiful. I’ve been planting it for the last two years, it’s very convenient, it’s always fresh, and you can’t find it in our stores during the day with fire. It must be washed and the stems removed.
  2. Now you need to boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Then you need to boil water and put spinach in it, cook for 1-2 minutes. Put it in a colander and rinse with cold water. Cut it into small ribbons. Put the rice, spinach, cottage cheese and melted butter in a bowl.
  4. In a bowl, pour half the cream, season with salt and pepper, and add the nutmeg. Stir.
  5. Grease the form with butter, put the spinach-rice mass in it. We make two small depressions and carefully drive the eggs into them. Pour in the remaining cream.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes, the eggs should set. Bon Appetit!!!
