Here’s a recipe I found on the Internet. I can’t say that the salad is light, as well as cheese and mayonnaise, but I liked it, I hope you will like it too.

  1. We collect the necessary ingredients.
  2. Radish cut into thin slices.
  3. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
  4. Cut the eggs into cubes.
  5. Mix the crushed ingredients together.
  6. Add the green peas and finely chopped green onions.
  7. Slice the lettuce leaves or tear them with your hands, not too large. Add to the salad and mix.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and mix. Spread on a platter, decorate as desired and eat. By the way, there was still 1 clove of garlic in the original, but I decided not to add it. Those who do not use mayonnaise may well experiment with dressing. It seems to me that sour cream plus a little mustard will also fit perfectly here.
