Salad “Fast Beans” Recipe
Quick to prepare, with a minimum of ingredients, very nutritious and healthy! I often cook this salad, it is good both warm and cold, and lean, and with the addition of eggs or boiled meat! Can be used as a side dish!

  1. For the main recipe, we will need only beans, carrots and onions. I took the red beans, having previously boiled them. But you can also use canned (I indicated the cooking time when using ready-made beans).
  2. Grate the carrots, slice the onion as you like, I cut into thin quarter rings.
  3. Fry the carrots and onions for 10 minutes, mix with the beans, add salt to taste. That’s it, the salad is ready! It’s delicious in a warm form, but it’s no less pleasant in a cold one! Fans of mayonnaise can add a little of this sauce, or you can fill it with a mustard-sour cream mixture. I don’t add any dressing.)
  4. And if you want, you can add an egg pancake. Beat the egg a little and bake the pancake on both sides, cut into arbitrary strips or cubes. You can add boiled chicken fillet, chopped or disassembled into fibers, you can add a little beef, in general, according to your desire!
