  1. Cut the meat into strips, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, marinate in a mixture of salt + sugar + vinegar, leave for 20-30 minutes. Bulgarian pepper cut into half rings.
  3. Bulgarian pepper fry in vegetable oil for only 2-3 minutes, so that the pepper reveals the flavor and softens a little.
  4. Wash the beans from the brine, add the pickled onion, garlic through a garlic press, fry the meat with heated oil, preferably pour directly on the garlic for flavor, cut the greens. I only had dill, but parsley or cilantro is very good for it, I love cilantro terribly, but while we don’t sell it, I added a little ground coriander.
  5. Let the salad brew for at least an hour.
