Instructions
Boil the tongues in salted water with salt, bay leaf and sweet peas, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Cut tomatoes into slices, remove all seeds and liquid and cut into cubes.
Drain the liquid from the jar of peas.
Boil the eggs and grate them.
Boil carrots and potatoes and grate on the largest grater.
Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise and mustard.
