The main products for the salad. Eggs to boil, vegetables to wash.
For dressing; 4-5 canned fish (sprat or sardines) beat with a dip blender with mayonnaise, vegetable oil and soy sauce.
Add freshly ground mixture of black and white peppers.
Finely chop the cabbage.
Tomatoes and cucumber cut into quite large.
Add green peas and coarsely chopped eggs, chopped green onions.
Season with cooked sauce, mix everything, and let the salad rest for 15 minutes. Longer necessary, as the fresh vegetables will give the juice. Add salt, if necessary, and serve immediately. In a large salad bowl or a La carte.
