Very tasty, bright and quick salad. If you prepare the dressing in the morning and pickle the onion, then in the evening the salad will be ready in 5-7 minutes!
We prepare the filling in advance. Cut the dill smaller, pour oil, add salt, pepper, any seasonings and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, but I do it in the morning, and in the evening it will be perfectly infused.
Cut the onion into thin strips, pour vinegar with water, about 1: 3 (preferably apple), also leave for at least half an hour, I did everything in the morning, and by the evening the onion became quite fragrant and soft.
Next, cut the meat, cucumber, tomato, spread the beans from the jar. Drain the liquid from the onion, rinse it lightly with water (when there is apple cider vinegar, I don’t wash it), add to the salad.
