Boil the thigh, cool it, cut into small pieces.
Boil the eggs, cool, chop finely.
Mushrooms cut into small pieces, fry, pepper.
Finely chop the cucumber.
Fry the onion and carrot separately.
Chop the garlic finely.
Form a salad.
1st layer: mushrooms, a little mayonnaise
2nd layer: egg
3rd layer: cucumbers, garlic
4th layer: chicken, a little mayonnaise
5th layer: carrots and onions.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top and garnish with herbs.
The salad is ready!
