  1. Boil the thigh, cool, cut into small pieces. Boil the eggs, cool, chop finely. Mushrooms cut into small pieces, fry, pepper. Cut the cucumber finely. Fry onions and carrots separately. Garlic cut into chopped.

  2. Shape the salad. 1st layer: mushrooms, a bit of mayonnaise 2nd layer: egg 3rd layer: cucumbers, garlic 4th layer: chicken, a little mayonnaise 5-th layer:carrots, and onions. Top spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and decorate with herbs. Salad's ready!
