I offer you a simple but delicious salad! For some time now I have fallen in love with raw mushrooms. In this salad they are perfectly combined with arugula and nuts!

  1. For the salad you will need mushrooms.
  2. Cut the caps into thin plates. I used onions, it’s better to use red onions. Cut the onion into thin half rings. For the sauce, mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Put the chopped caps and onions in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Mix well, cover the bowl with clingfilm and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Chop the walnuts. Put the arugula on a plate, put the mushrooms and onions on it, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  4. Ready!
