A wonderful salad with a delicious dressing! I really liked it! I recommend it!

  1. Wash the broccoli and disassemble it into inflorescences. Boil them in boiling salted water until soft, remove and cool.
  2. Wash the Peking cabbage and slice it thinly. Put the cabbage in a bowl, add salt, sprinkle with vinegar and mash with your hands.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into two halves.
  4. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces and fry in preheated vegetable oil. Add salt to taste.
  5. Heat honey in a clean, dry frying pan, add squeezed lemon juice and mustard. Mix everything until smooth and warm up.
  6. Put the broccoli, Peking cabbage, tomatoes and salmon slices in a salad bowl…
  7. and pour honey dressing.
