  1. Ingredients for the salad.
  2. Boil the eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Grate the whites and yolks separately.
  4. Put a layer of yolks in a bowl, add a thin layer of sour cream.
  5. Cucumbers cut into thin strips.
  6. Put cucumber straws on a layer of sour cream.
  7. Brush with sour cream. Add salt to taste.
  8. Boil pork tongues, remove the film, cut into thin strips.
