Instructions
Ingredients for the salad.
Boil the eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Grate the whites and yolks separately.
Put a layer of yolks in a bowl, add a thin layer of sour cream.
Cucumbers cut into thin strips.
Put cucumber straws on a layer of sour cream.
Brush with sour cream. Add salt to taste.
Boil pork tongues, remove the film, cut into thin strips.
