  2. Peel the ginger and finely chop. In a Cup, mix ginger, soy sauce, honey, mustard, butter and balsamic cream. ( If you do not have balsamic cream, I advise you to replace it with rice vinegar for sushi ). Mix everything well. And pepper to taste. If you like it sharper, add the grated garlic. RUB beets on a coarse grater.
  3. Sea cabbage mix with beet. Fill with dressing, let stand for 10 minutes and you can eat.
