Wash the cucumber and cut it into circles or semi-circles if desired.
Cut off the tails of radishes, wash them and cut them into circles. We send it to a bowl with cucumbers.
Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into quarters and add it to the rest of the vegetables. Stir.
In a blender, add sour cream, herbs, sunflower oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste, whisk.
Spread the salad in portions, pour the dressing and decorate with sliced eggs.
You can also cut the eggs into large cubes and add to the vegetables, season and mix.
