Usually there are a lot of meat dishes on the festive table, so I always prepare such a simple salad without meat with vegetables and eggs. Despite its simplicity, it turns out very tasty and satisfying.

Mayonnaise
Instructions
Hard-boiled eggs. Peel and cut into small pieces.
Boil carrots and potatoes in a uniform. Peel and cut into small cubes.
Pickles also cut into cubes.
In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, eggs and finely chopped green onions.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise. Transfer to a salad bowl.
