Salad “Spring Herbs” Recipe
I suggest a light salad. An abundance of greens, shrimp, crab sticks and egg rolls – delicious, fast, healthy.

  1. Wash the lettuce and dry it with a paper towel. Place on a serving platter.
  2. Chop the shrimp and chopsticks and add them.
  3. Beat the eggs with a fork, add salt, fry the pancakes in a lightly oiled frying pan. Wash the greens, dry them, chop them finely and crumble them into a flat cake. Roll it into a roll.
  4. Cut the roll and add it to the salad. Mix olive oil with mustard and season the salad. Season with coarse sea salt.
  5. When serving, mix well.
