Salad “Winter evening” Recipe
I needed to cook something very, very fast. I found a couple of smoked chicken legs in the refrigerator, leafed through an old book to write down recipes, remembering that there was something suitable there.

  1. Cut the smoked meat into small pieces. Wash the bell pepper, cut out the seed pod, rinse again and cut into small cubes.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Also cut the cheese into small cubes.
  4. Grate walnuts on a grater. Squeeze out the garlic. Chop the greens.
  5. Mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise. Put it in a salad bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
