Instructions
The necessary ingredients. The oil and greens in the picture are not included.
Cut fresh and dried tomatoes and bell peppers into cubes. Add chickpeas. I used canned food.
Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice from darkening. Cut a few sprigs of coriander or any other greens.
Mix mustard, oil and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
Mix all the ingredients and season the salad.
