Instructions
Put the sauerkraut in a salad bowl.
Add the green peas (pre-drain the liquid from the jar).
Cut the red onion into half rings.
Add to the rest of the ingredients.
Cut the green apple into small cubes (I did not remove the peel). Put it in a salad bowl.
Chop the parsley, add to the rest of the ingredients, season the salad with vegetable oil, mix gently and serve!
