Beijing Cabbage Salad with Peas Recipe
Very simple and very quick to prepare a salad. Juicy, tender, not heavy, but quite satisfying.

  1. Boiled eggs and pickles cut into not very small cubes. Chop the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.

  2. Put the chopped vegetables and eggs in a large salad bowl or bowl. Add chopped greens, green onions and peas to the salad. Season with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. (or sour cream/mayonnaise in its pure form) to Mix. When serving, sprinkle each portion of the salad with cheese grated on a small grater.
