Salad with canned Squid Recipe
Delicious, hearty, but not heavy salad with a minimum of products. Delicate, creamy, with a slight spicy note. It is not weighted with eggs, potatoes and rice.

  1. Cut the onion into a small cube and put it in a frying pan along with the mushrooms and a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown. If you have whole mushrooms, then cut them into plates.
  2. Put the nuts crushed in a meat grinder or blender, garlic passed through a press, mayonnaise and a mixture of peppers in a salad bowl. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the squid into cubes.
  3. Add the cooled mushrooms and onions. Mix the salad. You can add chopped dill greens.
