  1. Peel the carrots, wash them, grate them on a coarse grater.
  2. Add cottage cheese, finely chopped herbs and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix it. The liquid in the bean curd is enough for refueling, but I still add a drop of fragrant oil.
