Salad with Chard and Grainy Cottage Cheese Recipe
Chard is a leaf beet. For this salad, you can use young beet tops. It will also be very tasty. For refueling, I used grainy cottage cheese in cream – just wonderful! Salad, where there are a lot of greens, with an egg – full of vitamins and benefits!

Instructions
  1. Greens: Chard, dill, onion, cucumber finely chop and put in a salad bowl. Hard-boiled eggs. We cut two pieces not very finely and send them to the salad.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, season with grainy cottage cheese and cream. Before serving, I also cut the egg with a special device.
  3. Mix the salad in a salad bowl.
  4. I will serve the salad in verinia (glasses) to each separately. Arrange the salad on plates. Place egg circles and a spoonful of grainy cottage cheese on top, garnish with dill greens, pepper with freshly ground black pepper if desired.
  5. Fresh in summer, delicious and very healthy greens with sour milk!
