- Onion thinly slice, cover with water and add a small amount of sugar and vinegar for 15-20 minutes (the marinade should be tart to the taste). Salad pick by hand into pieces or cut into strips. Cucumber cut into polukruzhochkami, pepper-the subtle stripes, greens liquify. Drain onions in a sieve and give it a good drain, you can even gently squeeze.
