Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes

Basil

Mozzarella

Pine nuts

Vegetable oil
Lettuce leaves
Allspice
to taste
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes across and pour boiling water over them. Hold it for 1 minute. Remove the skin.
Add salt to the tomatoes and leave to stand for a while. When the juice is released, drain it.
Grind the chopped basil with vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Cut the mozzarella into slices. Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan.
Mix tomatoes, mozzarella and nuts with basil. Let it brew for an hour or two.
Put the salad on a plate, “pickled” tomatoes on top of it.
