A simple and hearty salad with chicken, in which sweet corn, tender omelette, spicy pickled cucumber and fresh herbs have successfully made friends. Try it, it’s delicious.
Beat the eggs with cream (milk) until smooth. Add salt.
Fry the omelet in well-heated vegetable oil. (2 minutes on each side) Let the omelet cool.
Boiled (baked, fried) chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
In the same way, cut the pickled cucumber and the cooled omelet.
Put the ingredients in a bowl or a large salad bowl. Add canned corn (drain the liquid) and finely chopped greens. Season the salad with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. (or sour cream/mayonnaise in its pure form) Stir, taste for salt.
