This salad is one of the best I’ve tasted lately. The main thing is the onion. If you don’t like it, try it anyway.

  1. Cut the onion into rings. Fry it in vegetable oil.
  2. Boil the chicken and tear it into fibers with your hands (!). No cuts!
  3. We put the mushrooms in a frying pan on which the mushrooms were fried. They are frozen, stewed in the resulting water. Mix with chicken and onion.
  4. Add the peas.
  5. Stir and season with mayonnaise.
  6. Ready!
