  1. First you need to boil the chicken hearts: put them in salted boiling water (you can add 2 peas of allspice and half a bay leaf) and cook for 20-30 minutes. For pancakes: lightly beat the eggs, add starch, butter and mix well so that there are no lumps. Preheat a frying pan without oil and, having laid out two tablespoons of the mixture, bake 5 thin pancakes.

  3. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onion in a frying pan with any seasoning, then add the carrots and cook until soft. Put the prepared vegetables in a bowl and immediately add the chopped garlic.
  4. Boiled and cooled hearts cut arbitrarily.
  5. Roll the pancakes into a tube and cut into thin ribbons.
  6. Then mix all the prepared ingredients, add chopped tomatoes, add a little salt and season with mayonnaise.
