Salad of Chicken Hearts Recipe
One of my favorite salads. Nourishing and gentle. I never salt this salad. Cucumbers, mushrooms and cheese give the right taste. The site has a similar salad, but this one is different.

  4. Onion cut into half rings, lightly fry in vegetable oil, but not until Golden brown, it should crunch in a salad.
