I love salads with chicken hearts, as they always turn out delicious and successfully replace meat salads. Very good for a festive table. But at the expense of hearts and pineapple salad for an amateur.

Cucumber

Parsley

Mayonnaise
(for dressing)
Salt
(to taste)
Instructions
Boiled chicken hearts cut into small pieces.
Cucumber and pineapple cut into cubes.
Finely chop the parsley. Mix the hearts, cucumber, pineapple, onion, parsley, salt and mayonnaise. Put carrots on the edges.
